Strawberry cheesecake recipes is a place that allows you to create your own recipes by choosing different combinations of crusts, fillings, and toppings. Cheesecakes are really a 3 step process consisting of:
- Crust
- Filling
- Topping
I found that I would like a crust from one recipe and a filling or topping from another, so I started to mix recipes together and found that if I used different combinations, they were pretty good and my own original recipe. I hope you have as much fun as I have had in creating these wonderful and unique cheesecakes.
Cheesecakes have actually been around since the times of ancient Greece. The earliest known mention of cheesecakes is by the Greek physician Aegimus, who actually wrote a book on the art of making cheesecakes. The name of the book in Greek is (πλακουντοποιικόν σύγγραμμα—plakountopoiikon suggramma). As you can see cheesecakes have been enjoyed for a long time, which explains the hundreds of different variations that there are to choose from.
My favorite is obviously strawberry cheesecakes, but with all the different options that you will find on this site, you can change the crust, filling, or the topping to create your own version that you like the best.
